EADS jumps on talk of China stake interest: traders
LONDON/PARIS (Reuters) - Shares in European aerospace and defense group EADS (EAD.PA: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) jumped as much 3.9 percent late on Thursday on talk that China was interested in building a stake in the company, traders said.
EADS was up 3.2 percent at 15.01 euros at 12:28 p.m. EDT to make it the second-biggest gainer on France's CAC 40 .FCHI, which was up 0.9 percent.
No immediate comment was available from EADS.
