Zebra Technologies to buy Navis for $145 mln
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Bar code printer maker Zebra Technologies Corp (ZBRA.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Monday that it will buy Navis Holdings LLC for about $145 million in cash.
Zebra expects the acquisition to close in the fourth quarter of 2007.
Navis is an Oakland, California-based developer of technology to manage cargo at marine terminals and other locations, according to a statement released by Zebra.
Zebra expects 2007 revenue from Navis to be about $60 million, the company said.
