Samsung denies market talk of interest in Infineon
SEOUL (Reuters) - Samsung Electronics Co Ltd (005930.KS: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Wednesday the company was not interested in German chip maker Infineon Technologies AG (IFXGn.DE: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), denying speculation that spread in European markets overnight.

"We are not interested," said James Chung, a Samsung spokesman. "The Rumors are groundless."
