Autodesk strikes deal to buy remainder of Hanna
LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Autodesk Inc (ADSK.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Wednesday it will buy out Hanna Strategies, an engineering services firm it has had an ownership interest in since 2006.
The companies did not disclose terms.
Autodesk, known for its AutoCAD design software, said the acquisition would increase its investment in products for digital prototyping and building information modeling, among other things.
