Microsoft says no new developments on Yahoo offer

SEATTLE (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp said on Monday it continues to look at its options with regards to its $41 billion offer to buy Yahoo Inc

Speaking at the Morgan Stanley Technology Conference, Chief Financial Officer Chris Liddell said there has been no major developments since Yahoo rejected its original cash-and-stock offer to buy the company at $31 a share.
