NEW YORK (Reuters) - News Corp. and NBC Universal said on Tuesday they signed a multiyear deal with CNET Networks to supply content from its sites like TV.com and GameSpot to their new online video venture.

Under the deal, CNET Networks has also agreed to distribute the new site's library of licensed content, the companies said in a statement.

The site is already slated to contain high-profile content from both NBC and News Corp., including TV shows such as NBC's "Saturday Night Live" and "The Simpsons," and hit films such as "The Devil Wears Prada" and "Borat" from News Corp.'s Fox.

The site, announced in March, is expected to be launched this summer and will include an Internet media player, which will be embedded on partner sites.
