(Reuters) - Fox Interactive Media, a unit of News Corp., said it agreed separately to acquire Photobucket, a photo-sharing Web site, and Flektor Inc., a provider of Web-based photo manipulation tools.
In its statement, Fox Interactive did not disclose the terms of the deals.
