NEW YORK (Reuters) - Internet phone company Vonage Holdings Corp. settled a patent lawsuit filed by Klausner Technologies, the privately-held company specializing in voice messaging technology said on Thursday.

Klausner said it granted Vonage a patent license related to voice messaging. It did not disclose any financial terms of the settlement.

It was the second settlement announcement this week for Vonage, which said on Monday it settled a dispute with Sprint Nextel Corp for $80 million. Vonage has been hit by a string of lawsuits since going public in May 2006.
