July 14 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1200 GMT on Tuesday.

BAGHDAD - Gunmen shot dead two traffic policemen in central Baghdad but were later captured by Iraqi security forces, Baghdad security spokesman Major-General Qassam al-Moussawi said.

MOSUL - Gunmen killed three civilians in three separate attacks in Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, on Monday, police said.

SAQLAWIYA - Iraqi police arrested a three men on Monday suspected of kidnapping a boy and torturing him to death in Falluja, police said. The men were detained in the town of Saqlawiy, 50 km (32 miles) west of Baghdad.
