-- Berjaya Leisure Cayman Ltd, a subsidiary of Malaysian group Berjaya Corp (BGRO.KL: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), received a licence to invest $930 million in building the Vietnam Financial Centre in Ho Chi Minh City.

-- Bird flu was found in poultry in the northern province of Ninh Binh, the seventh province to report outbreaks this year, the Animal Health Department said.
