Nov 17 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Pakistan at 0640 GMT on Tuesday.

QUETTA - A senior police official was wounded while another man was killed when a bomb placed on a parked motorcycle exploded in the southwestern city of Quetta, police said. Seven people were wounded.

It was not clear if Islamist militants or separatist insurgents operating in the southwest were responsible.
