FACTBOX-Security developments in Iraq, July 13

July 13 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1230 GMT on Monday.

* DHI QAR PROVINCE - A roadside bomb exploded near a convoy on Sunday carrying U.S. ambassador to Baghdad Chris Hill in Dhi Qar province, about 300 km (185 miles) southeast of Baghdad, but the envoy was unhurt, the U.S. embassy said.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb targeting a police patrol killed one policeman and wounded 10 people, including four policemen, in the capital's central Karrada district, police said.

MOSUL - A sticky bomb attached to a car killed an off-duty Iraqi soldier in northern Mosul, police said.

MOSUL - A roadside bomb near a deserted Shi'ite mosque wounded three children in eastern Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - A sticky bomb attached to a car killed the driver and wounded four others on Sunday in Baghdad's southern Saidiya district, police said.
