Court annuls PKK inclusion on terror funds list
LUXEMBOURG, April 3 (Reuters) - A top European Union court on Thursday annulled the inclusion of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) on a list of groups whose funds must be frozen as part of the fight against terrorism.
