SIRTE, Libya, Oct 27 (Reuters) - A Darfur rebel leader expressed doubts on Saturday about a unilateral ceasefire announced by the Sudanese government, saying Khartoum had failed to honour such undertakings in the past.

"The government has already said several times since 2004 that they observed a ceasefire. They again spoke like this today. We have our doubts," Ahmed Ibrahim Diraige, leader of the Sudan Federal Democratic Alliance, told Reuters. Diraige earlier made a speech at the peace talks on behalf of all the rebel groups present in Sirte.
