JERUSALEM, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Police arrested an Israeli man who threatened to blow himself up near parliament in Jerusalem on Tuesday, a police spokesman said.

The Jewish man told officers he had come to the Knesset to protest an eviction order from his home, spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said. He had threatened to ignite gas canisters in his car, but Rosenfeld said it was unclear whether he had in fact rigged any explosive device before he was arrested.
