G8 discussed blocking oil mkt speculation-Italy

L'AQUILA, Italy, July 10 (Reuters) - Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi on Friday said the G8 expressed disapproval at the return of speculation in oil markets and held talks with international organisations on intervention to block this.
