Lloyds says 98 percent of shareholders at AGM back pay plan

LONDON, May 15 (Reuters) - State-backed Lloyds Banking Group said on Thursday that 98 percent of shareholders at its annual general meeting approved its executive pay plan for 2013.

Lloyds also said that 98.8 percent backed a resolution enabling it to pay bonuses to key staff worth up to twice their fixed pay.
