Argentine peso slumps 4 pct on black market -traders

SAO PAULO, Jan 27 (Reuters) - Argentina’s peso lost 4 percent in black market trading on Monday, weakening to 12 per U.S. dollar in thin volumes after the government eased restrictions for official purchases of foreign currency, but by less than expected, according to traders.
