UPDATE 1-CGI says Yellow Pages renews networking contract

* Says Yellow Pages extends contract until 2019

Nov 3 (Reuters) - Outsourcing company CGI Group Inc (GIBa.TO) said Yellow Pages Group has extended its networking contract that is valued at more than C$100 million ($93.02 million).

Yellow Pages Group, a Canadian directory publisher indirectly owned by Yellow Pages Income Fund (YLO_u.TO), is extending and expanding its contract with CGI until 2019.

As part of the renewed contract, CGI said it will manage the applications and infrastructure of Yellow Pages Group's computer network.

Shares of CGI were up 3 Canadian cents at C$13.06 Tuesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
