European stock index futures point to higher open

PARIS, Nov 9 (Reuters) - European stock index futures pointed to a higher start on Monday after the Group of 20 pledged to keep stimulus measures until the economic recovery was assured.

At 0702 GMT, futures for the Eurostoxx 50 STXEc1, Germany's DAX FDXc1 and the French CAC 40 FCEc1 were up between 0.8 and 1 percent.
