US STOCKS SNAPSHOT-Dow, S&P jump 1 pct after data
NEW YORK, Nov 2 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks added to gains on Monday, with the Dow industrials and S&P 500 rising more than 1 percent, after manufacturing data was stronger than anticipated, while pending sales of previously owned homes rose unexpectedly.

* The Dow Jones industrial average .DJI jumped 134.15 points, or 1.38 percent, to 9,846.88. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index .SPX gained 13.96 points, or 1.35 percent, to 1,050.15. The Nasdaq Composite Index .IXIC put on 15.46 points, or 0.76 percent, to 2,060.57.
