BRUSSELS, Nov 6 (Reuters) - The French debt agency chief said on Friday he would consider issuing dollar-denominated bonds next year as well as a 40-year or 50-year bond if there was demand.

"It is a possibility to do a dollar bond. We'll look at it to see if it represents cost savings, and expand our investor base," Philippe Mills, Chief Executive, Agence France Tresor, told reporters during a bond conference in Brussels.

Regarding a 40-year or 50-year bond, he said: "If there is demand for it, we're ready to fulfill it."

He also said the agency will consider issuing a 15-year bond linked to euro zone inflation and a 10-year bond linked to French inflation.

He said France needed to borrow 6 billion euros in three auctions for the rest of this year. (Reporting by Marcin Grajewski)
