Nordea Bank launches $2 bln notes in two parts-IFR
NEW YORK, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Nordea Bank AB (NDA.ST),
Sweden's largest lender, on Thursday launched $2 billion of
senior notes in the Rule 144a private placement market, said
IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The notes include $500 million three-year notes launched at 120 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries, and $1.5 billion five-year notes launched at 140 basis points over Treasuries.
The lead bookrunner on the sale is Nordea, and Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan are the joint managers. (Reporting by Camille Drummond; Editing by James Dalgleish)
