Nordea Bank sells $2 bln notes in 2-parts - IFR
NEW YORK, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Nordea Bank AB (NDA.ST) on Thursday sold $2 billion notes in a two-part sale, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The offering included $500 million in three-year notes priced to yield 120 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries and $1.5 billion in five-year notes priced to yield 140 basis points over Treasuries, according to IFR.
The joint lead managers on the sale were Banc of America, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by Dan Grebler)
