New Issue-Nordea Bank sells $2 bln in two parts

  Nov 5 (Reuters) - Nordea Bank AB (NDA.ST) on Thursday sold
$2 billion of senior bank notes in the 144a private placement
market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan were the
joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
