Japan's NEC says to sell up to $1.5 bln in shares

TOKYO, Nov 6 (Reuters) - NEC Corp (6701.T), Japan's biggest PC maker, said it plans to raise up to 133.9 billion yen ($1.5 billion) in a share offering.

NEC will issue 537.5 million new shares, boosting its shares outstanding by 26 percent.
