BANGKOK, Nov 2 (Reuters) - Thai headline inflation is projected to average minus 0.9 percent in 2009 after 2.6 percent inflation in 2008, the Commerce Ministry said on Monday.
Headline annual inflation was 0.4 percent in October, the first annual rise this year. (Reporting by Bangkok newsroom; Editing by Alan Raybould)
