NEW ISSUE-Nuclear Power Corp to sell 13.5 bln rupees of bonds
MUMBAI, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Nuclear Power Corp of India (NPCIL) will start selling 13.5 billion rupees of bonds next week, three sources with knowledge of the matter said on Friday.
Of the total quantum, 7 billion rupees will be raised via 10-year bonds carrying a coupon rate of 8.5 percent, payable half-yearly, and 6.5 billion rupees will be via 10-year floating rate bonds based on the corresponding government bond yield plus a spread of 190 basis points.
ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities Primary Dealership, Axis Bank, Trust Investment Advisor and Darashaw are arrangers to the issue, which is likely to open next week. (Reporting by Jeanette Rodrigues; Editing by Prem Udayabhanu)
