MUMBAI, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Media firm Bag Films (BAGF.BO) said on Tuesday its board approved raising up to $30 million from overseas markets.
The firm may raise this money via either global depository receipts (GDR) or foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCB), it said in a statement. (Reporting by Ketan Bondre; Editing by Prem Udayabhanu)
