* Q3 net sales 204 mln euros vs 205 mln avg fcast in poll

* Sees 2009 net sales 760-810 mln euros

* Sees weaker Q4 op margin vs Q3

* Rpts H2 profitability to improve clearly vs H1

* Says uncertainty in mkt continues

* Sees slow recovery in tyre demand

* Says Russian mkt still weak, but inventories are coming down

* Says to stop tyre production in Nokia, Finland for 17 working days at end-yr

* Says to also stop production in Russia at yr-end

* Says aims to return to profitable growth in 2010
