JAKARTA, Nov 2 (Reuters) - Telkomsel, a unit of Indonesia's largest telecommunications firm PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM.JK), expects "high single digit" revenue growth this year, its finance director Triwahyusari said on Monday.
