JERUSALEM, July 22 (Reuters) - Israel's Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP.O), one of the world's largest Internet security companies, said on Tuesday it expects third quarter revenues of $194 million to $204 million.

It also forecast in a conference call with analysts third quarter earnings per share of 34 to 38 cents, or 41 to 45 cents excluding items.

Gil Shwed, chairman and chief executive of Check Point, said the company was raising its forecast for full year revenue to between $805 million and $825 million, from a previous estimate of $780 million to $820 million.

He said the company would not change its full year earnings forecast as the dollar's weakness has weighed on its bottom line so far this year.

Analysts on average were forecasting quarterly revenues of $199.2 million and earnings excluding items of 44 cents a share, according to Reuters Estimates.
