Australia's Westpac Bank appeals NZ tax decision
SYDNEY, Nov 3 (Reuters) - Australia's Westpac Banking Corp (WBC.AX), the third-biggest bank by assets, has appealed a New Zealand court decision last month that meant it faces a NZ$918 million ($664 million) tax bill over structured finance transactions. Westpac also said on Tuesday the appeal is not likely to be held before the last quarter of 2010. (Reporting by Morag MacKinnon)
