TOKYO, Nov 6 (Reuters) - National Strategy Minister Naoto Kan said on Friday the government will likely keep the budget for next fiscal year stimulative for Japan's economy.

"The Bank of Japan has said the chance of the economy experiencing a double-dip is small. But we feel there is a strong risk of a double-dip," Kan, who is also deputy prime minister and minister in charge of economic assessment, told an upper house budget committee meeting.
