TAIPEI, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Taiwan's exports to the U.S. fell 16.5 percent
from a year earlier, data showed on Monday, while its imports to China rose 10.6
percent over the same period.
Taiwan's exports, the mainstay of the economy, have been logging annual
declines for nearly a year, but economists said the seasonally adjusted monthly
figures have shown rises in the past few months.
