Check Point sees Q4 revs $196-208 mln, EPS 35-39 cts

TEL AVIV, Oct 22 (Reuters) - Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP.O) said on Monday it expected to post revenues of between $196 million and $208 million in the fourth quarter.

Gil Shwed, chief executive of the Israeli Internet security company, in a conference call following the release of third-quarter results also estimated fourth-quarter earnings per share of 35 cents to 39 cents, or 42 cents to 46 cents excluding one-time items.

Check Point was forecast to record EPS of 43 cents excluding items on revenues of $196.2 million, according to Reuters Estimates.
