AMD losing another sales executive-WSJ
NEW YORK, Sept 5 (Reuters) - Advanced Micro Devices Inc (AMD.N) is losing its senior vice president of worldwide sales, the second recent departure in sales, the Wall Street Journal said in its online edition on Wednesday.
The paper said a company spokesman confirmed that Rick Hegberg, senior vice president of worldwide sales, plans to leave AMD but declined to confirm why he is leaving or if he has accepted a job elsewhere.
The computer chipmaker said last month that sales chief Henri Richard was leaving the company.
An AMD spokesman did not immediately return requests for comment.
