BOSTON, July 23 (Reuters) - The lead trustee for the Bancroft family, which controls Dow Jones & Co. DJ.N, said the family would make an announcement after meeting on Monday to discuss an offer from by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. NWSa.N.
"There will be a short announcement later today," Michael Elefante told Reuters.
