DEUTSCHE BANK SECURITIES

Deutsche Bank Securities said Thomas Widener has joined its global banking division as a managing director and vice chairman in the natural resources group.

MOELIS & CO

Moelis & Co said it hired former Bear Stearns banker Gregory Shaia.

FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INVESTMENTS (BEN.N)

Franklin Templeton named William Yun executive vice president of alternatives strategies. Vijay Advani has been named executive vice president of global distribution.

BOENNING & SCATTERGOOD

Boenning & Scattergood said Nancy Zeller-Landau joined the firm as director of equities and research. Zeller-Landau was most recently with Banc of America Securities.

NATIONAL LIFE GROUP

National Life Group's Thomas MacLeay said he will retire by year's end as president and chief executive, but remain chairman.

GREYLOCK CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

Greylock Capital said A.J. Mediratta joined as senior managing director. Mediratta was head of the international debt capital markets group at Bear Stearns. Greylock also hired former Bear Stearns bankers Andrey Popel, Anthony Bitz and Wei Yeh Sun.

BROADPOINT SECURITIES GROUP INC (BPSG.O)

The securities group said a team of six investment grade fixed income sales professionals from Bear Stearns has joined its debt capital markets division.  Continued...
