--The company, which makes fluid motion and control
products, said earnings as reported include a 12 cents per
share impact related to the realignment charges.

--For the latest fourth quarter, five analysts on average
had expected the company to earn 74 cents a share, before
exceptional items, according to Reuters Estimates.

--The company said it expects fiscal 2007 sales of $3.4
billion to $3.6 billion. Analysts expect sales of $3.5
billion.
