--The semiconductor equipment maker forecast second-quarter
earnings of 3 cents to 7 cents a share, which fell short of
analysts' average estimate of 10 cents a share.

--The company said it expects second-quarter revenue of
$108 million to $118 million. Analysts were expecting $113.7
million.

--Shares of the company fell nearly 11 percent to $7.31 in
late electronic trade, after closing at $8.20 on the Nasdaq.
