UPDATE 1-Expeditors Q4 misses Wall St. view, shares fall

Feb 13 (Reuters) - Logistics company Expeditors International of Washington Inc. (EXPD.O) reported fourth quarter results below Wall Street expectations, sending the shares down close to 9 percent in early trading.
Expeditors said fourth-quarter earnings fell more than 15 percent to 28 cents a share, while analysts on average expected the company to earn 31 cents a share, according to Reuters Estimates.
Expeditors' revenue of $1.24 billion also missed the analysts' expectation for $1.28 billion.
The company's shares fell $3.50 to $40.17 in morning trade on the Nasdaq. (Reporting by Aditi Samajpati in Bangalore)
