UPDATE 1-Sprott Molybdenum distributes assets, names new CEO

* Appoints new CEO, CFO, replaces 2 other directors

* Co renames itself as Cadomin Capital Corp

* Distributes C$1.76, one new share for each share

July 10 (Reuters) - Investment holding company Sprott Molybdenum Participation Corp (MLY.TO) said it gave C$1.76 and a new common share for each share held to stockholders as per a planned distribution of assets and revamped its board.

The company also changed its name to Cadomin Capital Corp.

In a management shakeout, the Ontario-based company's Chief Executive and Chairman Eric Sprott resigned and it appointed Darryl Coatesas as new chief executive.

Chief Financial Officer Iryna Gordiyenko also resigned and will be replaced by David McGoey, it said.

Two other board members were also replaced.

On June 3, the company said it will distribute substantially all its assets to shareholders in exchange for old common shares.

Shares of the company closed at C$1.76 Wednesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange. (Reporting by Isheeta Sanghi in Bangalore; Editing by Gopakumar Warrier)
