India's Sun Pharma gets FDA nod for generic Cerebyx
MUMBAI, March 19 (Reuters) - India's Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (SUN.BO) said on Wednesday it had received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for fosphenytoin sodium injection.
The drug, a generic variant of Pfizer Inc's (PFE.N) Cerebyx, is indicated in the control of certain types of convulsions and for seizures during neurosurgery, Sun said in a statement.
