Zoltek cuts Hungary production on gas shortage

BUDAPEST, Jan 7 (Reuters) - The Hungarian unit of U.S. carbon fibre producer Zoltek(ZOLT.O) has cut output by three quarters at its Hungarian plant, the unit's CEO Sandor Horvath was quoted by news agency MTI as saying on Wednesday.

MTI said the company reduced production because of restrictions on the industrial use of natural gas. (Reporting by Sandor Peto; Editing by Charles Dick)
