Russia further reduces gas delivery via Ukraine
MOSCOW, Jan 7 (Reuters) - Russian gas export monopoly Gazprom (GAZP.MM) said on Wednesday it was cutting deliveries to Europe via Ukraine by an additional 21 million cubic metres (mcm), the amount it said Kiev had stolen.
"Over the last 24 hours .. (Ukrainian state energy firm) Naftogaz has stolen another 21 mcm intended for delivery to Europe," Gazprom spokesman Sergei Kupriyanov said on Vesti 24 television station. "In these conditions we have no choice but to reduce deliveries by 21 mcm."
