BBVA says Citic Group revises share deal terms

MADRID, Aug 28 (Reuters) - Spain's BBVA (BBVA.MC) said on Thursday that China's Citic Group (0098.HK) has revised the terms of its share offer for Citic International Financial Holding CIFH.

In a statement, BBVA said Citic Group is now offering 1 China Citic Bank sahre and HK$2.16 for each CIFH share.
