NEW YORK, Sept 3 (Reuters) - BP (BP.L) found no visual evidence of damage to its offshore oil and gas platforms in the Gulf of Mexico after overflights of the operations in the wake of Hurricane Gustav, the company said on its telephone hotline Wednesday.
BP plans to send crews out to the platforms on Wednesday for detailed inspections. (Reporting by Richard Valdmanis; Editing by John Picinich)
