Valero says Wilmington refinery FCC restarted
NEW YORK, Sept 5 (Reuters) - Valero Energy Corp (VLO.N) said Friday it had restarted a 54,000 barrel-per-day fluid catalytic cracker at its Wilmington, California refinery after repairs and the gasoline-making unit was back at planned rates.
Valero spokesman Bill Day also said in an email that repairs begun in mid-August were finished on a CO boiler in the FCC at its 210,000 bpd Delaware City, Delaware, oil refinery. The FCC had remained in operation during the work. (Reporting by Haitham Haddadin; Editing by John Picinich)
