US mortgage rates fell 1/8 point Thursday-BestInfo
NEW YORK, Aug 7 (Reuters) - The average rate on a 30-year U.S. mortgage with no upfront points declined by 1/8 percentage point to 6-3/4 percent on Thursday, according to BestInfo Inc.
The 30-year mortgage rate with one upfront point fell by 1/8 percentage point to 6-1/2 percent.
The 30-year mortgage rate with two upfront points also dropped 1/8 percentage point, to 6-1/4 percent.
